ABOUT CECILIA
With a foundation in business transformation and over 20 years of leadership experience, I bring together the analytical and the intuitive — the structure of strategy with the wisdom of the heart.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business from Uppsala University and have held leadership roles within Schibsted and Axel Johnson, where I led transformation and growth initiatives during times of major transition. This experience gave me a deep understanding of human dynamics, change, and the inner strength required to lead authentically.

I’ve guided leaders and individuals around the world — in Sweden, California, the UK, and Spain — through transitions, awakenings, and leadership evolutions.
Trained as a coach, energy healer, spiritual guide, and yoga teacher, I hold a deeply grounded understanding of human transformation.
My work is inspired by ancient spiritual wisdom, modern psychology, and the energetic principles that connect us to something greater than ourselves.
